Perdue AgriBusiness, LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Tech at our facility on River Road in Bainbridge, Pennsylvania. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm .

The essential functions of this position include performing assigned electrical and mechanical work to include equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown and equipment failure. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical and PLC failures. Rebuild equipment including but not limited to gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics and hydraulic systems. Reads, interprets, understands manufacturer equipment manuals as well as electronic and electrical schematic diagrams. Performs all equipment repairs and daily work within OSHA regulations, lockout-tagout and company safety policies.
High School or equivalent
Additional training and education is preferred
2 - 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
Proficient troubleshooting skills for computer networks, automation, controls, programming, process systems, PLC's, HMI's, AC variable frequency drives, AC motors, Servo motors, relay controls, power distribution systems (480VAC and below), and 24VDC controls
Understanding of PLC's
General knowledge of computer, operating and networksystems
Understand the basics of using electrical instrumentation up to 480 volts
Understand the basics of microprocessor-based equipment, loop controllers, VFD etc.
Understand electric power formulas and the National Electric Code
Understand electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
Basic welding skills
