Summary
Perdue AgriBusiness has an exciting opportunity for Parts Room Clerk at our facility located in Bainbridge, PA . This position is responsible for maintaining the storeroom i.e.: cycle counts, process incoming and outgoing packages, maintain proper inventory levels. Keeping proper documentation of paperwork and to provide support for maintenance operations to include data entry, record keeping auditing records and administrative support.
The hours are 7am - 4pm
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative, clerical, and data entry support.
Enter, update, and close work orders in MAXIMO.
Receive incoming freight shipments from vendors.
Issue parts and tools.
Conduct inventories.
Stock incoming parts and equipment on shelves and material racks.
Monitor and investigate non-moving parts in the parts room.
Provide administrative support for Maintenance & Operations
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Education
High School or equivalent
AA Degree in Technical or Maintenance preferred
Experience Requirements
3-5 plus years professional related experience.
Proven experience in a clerical position.
Excellent office, customer service and written and oral communication skills.
Strong understanding of standard software applications
Strong Data Entry skills
Valid state driver's license
Able to be certified to operate a fork lift
Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
