Summary
The purpose of the position is to provide clerical, secretarial and administrative support to the Feed Mill Manager and his/her direct reports.
Shift Hours:
Generally Monday - Friday 1st Shift-7:00am to 4:00pm, or as scheduled by management with {2} 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch break. Over time may be scheduled as needed and directed by management.
Weekends if needed by operations and approved by management.
Compensation:
This position has a target wage of $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Basic clerical functions, typing, using a computer, filing, answering phones, reading and sorting mail.
Learn how to use Mtech and Maximo systems. Maintaining grower and flock information.
Maintain and run reports using a variety of software. Maximo Purchasing and Maintenance, Mtech.
Maintain salary and/or hourly payroll and attendance records Kronos and JJ Keller interface.
Maintain Safety records for both production and fleet safety.
Provide back-up support for delivery clerk.
Other duties that may be added as needed.
Minimum Education
High School or equivalent
Experience Requirements
2 -4 years related experience. Knowledge of standard software applications, such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience Preferred
Emphasis in business/accounting.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
When in a plant environment:
Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.
May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility.
Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
