Will work with supervisors, Unit Leaders, accounting and answer Kronos related questions daily. Distribute reports daily and track counseling forms as supervisors return them. To perform clerical duties for production shift and complete Kronos Date for production shift.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Ensure new supervisors receive Kronos access and training.

  2. Complete Kronos Data per shift i.e. entering time and attendance for associates as well as generating counseling forms to be issued by Supervisors. Ensuring that each counseling is signed off as complete in Kronos before turning into Human Resources for filing in Personnel file.

  3. Communicate consistently with Management, Medical and Accounting.

  4. Input Yield results as well as other duties assigned by Manager.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

1 Year 0 Months experience in an administrative or clerical position.

Experience Preferred

Experience in an administrative or clerical position.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

Work environment include, but not limited to, a normal office environment, as well as, climate extremes found in a poultry processing plant operation. Requires ability to move throughout the complex. Exposure to all chemicals found in a poultry processing plant Must wear PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
