This position conducts assessments of temp screening and development needs of individual associates, work groups, and team. Executes by developing action plans based on findings of assessment.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work with senior management responsible for monitoring temperature screen of associates and/or visitors upon arrival through the use of temperature screening system.
Responsible for actively searching and creatively design and implement effective methods to educate and enhance operational performance.
Defines clear measurable matrixes that indicate value of development programs.
Provides updates and help to individual associates, supervisors, and managers regarding issues of productivity, personal effectiveness, associates turnover and implementation of team methodologies and tools.
Coordinates and administers screening programs and events with measurable matrixes that meet or exceed goals. Tracks, monitors and records training results.
Experience in implementing statistical process controls and application of data for systems and/or program enhancement.
High School or equivalent required.
Worked a minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities and Stand-up platform/instructor skills. Understand adult learning processes, instructional design and change management processes and techniques. Able to perform multiple tasks, knowing how to prioritize the work. Attention to details with strong administrative skills. Understand leadership principals and the behaviors and actions of an effective leader. Know-how and is effective as a coach/mentor.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
When in a plant environment:
Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.
May be exposed to dust, feathers and all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility.
Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors 10ppm and chlorine less than 20 ppm.
Able to stand for several hours.
Work may include lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, bending, pushing boxes on conveyor assembly.
