Shift
Usually works three to five days a week, with overtime as required based on production need
5:30pm - 6:00am Monday, Tuesday, Sunday; and 5:30pm - 12:00am Wednesday

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily production or warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of productivity.
Monitor production schedules, workflows, and inventory levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance QA and USDA.
Assist in the development of operational reports and performance metrics.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition .
Minimum Education
- High School or equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one (1) employer within the past (1) year.
Experience Preferred
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role in a distribution/production/manufacturing environment preferred.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
When in a plant environment:
Ability to tolerate exposure to wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
Ability to stand for an extended period and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs by reaching, bending, and pushing boxes.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection as required.
May work in an environment with varying temperatures between 25 degrees and 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
May handle product varying in temperatures between 25 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.
Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors 10ppm and chlorine less than 20 ppm.
