Summary
We are recruiting for an Associate Treasury Analyst. The Associate Treasury Analyst position supports all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. This includes focusing on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as well as managing all Treasury audits. Debt schedule maintenance and reporting, managing the lease programs, audit work paper preparation, and managing Perdue’s collateral programs are all relevant duties of the position. This position also serves as a floater for Accounts Receivable and Credit and as the back-up to the Cash Manager.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain lease payment program to include timely lease payments to avoid late fee penalties. Perform Lease vs. Buy analysis to effectively monitor and provide end of lease recommendations to Operations. Manage existing maturing lease obligations and work with Company operations to determine best end of lease strategy.
Facilitating completion of internal and external audit inquiries including collateral audits as required by our credit facilities.
Record miscellaneous receivables to ensure accurate posting to the GL.
Administer daily cash management activities when required by cash manager’s absence. This involves timely and accurately determining cash position, initiating electronic payments, minimizing idle funds throughout the bank network, assisting with international banking activity and transactions, and ensuring adequate liquidity.
Timely and accurately report State compliance in accordance with grant requirements. 6 Performs Accounts Receivable and Credit functions as needed by Management.

Manage/track Charter Party Agreements for Perdue AgriBusiness and communicate with Insurance Brokers.
Help to manage Company Paycard program to include: registering & training HR personnel in the facilities and analyzing and solving any issues that may arise.

Other duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
0 - 2 Years of experience:
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Access, Web Portals
SAP Financials, S/4 Hana Preferred / AR Knowledge Preferred
Understanding of principles associated with derivatives, capital markets, and international finance
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of leasing
