Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2025! Our Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 8 - 10 week period. This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.

What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial trends against forecast and budget; prepare reporting packages that summarize monthly/quarter/year-end performance

  • Provide timely and accurate financial support for forecast and planning activities

  • Track financial performance for key strategic initiatives and projects

  • Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested

  • Utilize data visualization to present complex information in a clear and concise manner; create and maintain interactive and visually-appealing dashboards that use tools such as PowerBI

  • Opportunities to interact with Senior leadership

  • Opportunities to tour different company business functions and locations such as the Innovation Center, Perdue Learning University and Live Production Farms

Minimum Education

  • This position is open to rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelors degree.

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Finance, Accounting, Data Science or Economics Majors preferred.

  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Experience Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new software

  • Possess strong Analytical, Communication (written and verbal) and Time Management skills

  • Must be able to work independently or in teams

Experience Preferred

  • 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred

  • Completed at least 2 college-level finance classes

  • Student extra-curricular experiences

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.

  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.

  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.

  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
