Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2025! Our Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 8 - 10 week period. This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.
What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities
Analyze financial trends against forecast and budget; prepare reporting packages that summarize monthly/quarter/year-end performance
Provide timely and accurate financial support for forecast and planning activities
Track financial performance for key strategic initiatives and projects
Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested
Utilize data visualization to present complex information in a clear and concise manner; create and maintain interactive and visually-appealing dashboards that use tools such as PowerBI
Opportunities to interact with Senior leadership
Opportunities to tour different company business functions and locations such as the Innovation Center, Perdue Learning University and Live Production Farms
Minimum Education
This position is open to rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelors degree.
Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Finance, Accounting, Data Science or Economics Majors preferred.
Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Experience Requirements
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new software
Possess strong Analytical, Communication (written and verbal) and Time Management skills
Must be able to work independently or in teams
Experience Preferred
3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
Completed at least 2 college-level finance classes
Student extra-curricular experiences
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
