Summary
Utilize SAP to facilitate movement of goods to internal and external customer. Coordinate daily shipping schedules to match capacity for assigned facility. Ensure that a shipment created meets all requirements for on-time delivery. Generate weekly reports that measure payload and on time delivery goals. Handle all exceptions that may occur in an efficient and effective manner. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Schedule : Mon-Fri, 11am to 8pm.
The salary range for this position is $56k-$83k per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Arrange customer orders and transfer orders into successful shipments considering payload, product availability, transit miles and customer delivery window.
Maintain loading schedule that meets plant capacity. Work closely with shipping facility as to changing capacity and able to react to any changes.
Move orders via transfer process for consolidation considering product availability and transportation capacity.
Work closely with internal customers such as Customer Service, Wholesale Sales, Supply and Transportation.
Provide daily support to the sales teams and supply with order changes and add ons.
Track and monitor cost and lane analysis, utilizing existing tools for continuous improvement.
Minimum Education
REQUIRED : 2-year degree
PREFERRED : 4-year degree in Business Related field
Experience Requirements
5 years Logistics/Transportation Experience
Strong systems aptitude and must be proficient to Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis in Outlook, Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
