Perdue AgriBusiness has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Support Coordinator at our facility located in Salisbury, MD, supporting maintenance to improve on the efficiency of maintenance activities by assisting with the coordination of internal and external resources during projects, scheduled shutdowns and some emergency repair work and to provide additional support where needed.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in minor Maintenance Project Support of replacing or repair of assets
Assist in continuous improvement PMO system including Maintenance Management System support
Assist onsite maintenance personnel during planned and unplanned maintenance outages and repairs
Assist Maintenance Reliability Team conduct and prepare trainings, SOP and best practice documents to distribute throughout all Agribusiness maintenance activities.
Provide additional support to maintenance team during high volume or critical activities
- High School Diploma/GED
3+ years of Industrial Maintenance (Mechanical or Electrical)
Strong reading, writing, math and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong understanding of best practices for maintenance activities
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Able to move freely throughout the Agribusiness facilities including climbing vertical heights (0 -100').
Exposure temperatures (0-100) degrees Fahrenheit, humidity (0-100%),
Noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available)
Able to use standard office equipment
Required to travel to remote agribusiness facilities and vendor locations
