Panorama Meats offers and extensive line of both organic and never/ever line of grass-fed and grass-finished beef products. We are seeking a skilled, driven, energetic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our dynamically growing business at our office located in Woodland, CA, just a short drive from downtown Sacramento.


Panorama Meats’ Administrative Assistant works directly with staff and contractors providing departmental support and performing tasks related to data management, production, processing, logistics, sales, marketing, and merchandising. The Administrative Coordinator will perform these duties under the direction of the Director of Operations.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the PM office

  • Secure travel arrangements for the PM team

  • Track usage of office supplies, sales materials, and promotional items. Manage on-hand inventory and ensure timely replenishment of supplies

  • Participate in product demonstrations, tastings, and promotional events

  • Assist the PM team with the following tasks and duties:

  • Collect and manage customer orders and communicate order requests to the sales and processing teams

  • Track sales, product movement, and inventory at processing plants and cold storage facilities

  • Freight scheduling and order tracking to ensure timely movement of product

  • Input sales, processing, inventory and production data. Develop, maintain, and distribute reports as needed for data analysis by PM personnel. Manage company files and databases

  • Research and development of PM brands and new products including the labels, packaging, and point of sale materials

  • Maintenance of the company website, business network sites, and social media sites

  • Schedule promotional events such as food shows, tastings, new store openings, meetings, and other related events

  • Distribution of product and point of sale materials for food shows, tastings, and store openings

  • Help develop new ideas, programs, and products for current and potential customers to continue business growth

  • Other duties as requested by the Director of Operations

Minimum Education

High School or equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • 4 plus years related experience.

  • Proven experience in a clerical position.

  • Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment.

  • Proactive and able to work autonomously

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible, change-embracing attitude to accommodate rapidly evolving work environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems; excel, access, outlook, powerpoint, publisher, etc.

Compensation Data

The Administrative Coordinator position is a full-time hourly position. Compensation is dependent on qualifications.


Occasional travel required.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

  1. Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. 2. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. 3. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. 4. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment. 5. When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db. May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
